Meet the Owner
Chris Gulledge serves as President and CTO of Royal Technologies presiding over the technical side of the business. He has served over 15 years in managerial positions of customer service departments of a number of Fortune 500 companies. In that role, he improved key metrics in resolving customer issues as well as increasing response times.
Chris has felt that this industry suited him well but was still unsatisfied. He wanted to pursue a career in his first love, Information Technologies. He started his schooling at Temple University decades back on the software side, writing code and building websites but felt that this career path was too introverted to suit his personality.
With his years in the real world experience behind him, he decided to focus on the hardware side of technology. Chris earned various certifications to become proficient in hardware. He became a road warrior for small technical companies as well as providing remote support. Cutting his teeth, he gained actual experience by troubleshooting networks, servers, security systems and various other IT infrastructure.
Now, Chris has brought his years of customer service experience aligned with his technical know-how to Royal Technologies, and therefore to you. Although city born and bred, he has a love for the outdoors, especially anything to do with water, and, oddly enough, flying kites.
